New Year’s Resolutions

January has it all, as we recover from what may have been for some a perhaps heavy Christmas and New Years on the port and champagne, we look forward to what positives 2024 may bring.

Resolutions are one of the most common ways people see in the new year and for many it can involve going to the gym more, drinking less or even giving up something crazy like chocolate.

For us at Nelly’s Farm however things are a little different, we’re wanting to make changes, but not huge overhauls - don’t worry! - but ways to be better.

We’re asking ourselves all year round how we can streamline our work, as between Josh & Maria, we still hand make all of our delicious goodies! Similarly we’re also looking at what slightly crazy, but authentic flavours would work well within our offerings.

If you know us, you know we like to push the mould, that’s why we have such an array of scotch egg, sausage roll and pie flavours - so we can serve you whatever you’re craving, and 2024 is no different!

We’ve got too many ideas to list them all here, but make sure to stay tuned to our monthly blogs and our active social media pages to never miss a flavour, and if you’ve got any suggestions for what you’d like to see make sure to send us a message on Instagram and we’ll be sure to give it a read.
