November, the calm before the storm…or is it?

As we move into the final months of the year November brings with it an air of calm, despite what the monstrous sales in the shops can bring, and this is something which cannot be overstated with Christmas peering round the corner.

With people looking to relax before December rolls around we see a lot more people spending evenings in, saving their money - and their energy - before the big month.

Despite this there is one community, whom we love, that have their own cause for celebration.

Vegans!

That’s right, no longer hosting just a day, or a week of celebration, November in its entirety has become World Vegan Month. A time to shine a light on the powerful vegan movement, and to celebrate the important work and campaigns as well as helping people learn and become vegans in their own lives.

But how easy is it? What offerings are available for those looking to incorporate a vegan diet into their own lifestyle?

Well, that’s where we come in! Our favourite has to be our very own Cauliflower Balti.

Cooked to perfection in minutes, our Balti contains traditional Indian flavours and it is jam packed with delicious chunks of cauliflower and is perfectly accompanied by our vegan onion bhaji making it the perfect stay-at-home meal for those taking their first steps into veganism. Perfect!

The ready meals aren’t yet available online so check out your nearest stockist including Co-op to grab yours! As for the onion bhaji, you can order that here and have it sent straight to your front door, making it enjoyable without lifting a finger.

However you enjoy your November, Nelly’s Farm has you covered
