Nelly's Black Pudding Scotch Egg

Description

We cook our Black Pud Scotch Egg with half black pudding and half British outdoor reared pork mince for a sophisticated flavour.

Serve with

English mustard/ grilled tomatoes, or as a breakfast brunch with grilled seasonal asparagus and lean bacon.

Ingredients

Cooked in Rapeseed oil.
