Cooked with our own homemade apple sauce our Pork and Apple Scotch Egg has a lightly sweet flavour.

Serve with

Tart chutneys/ soft cheeses/ grapes or a pear and goat's cheese salad.

Ingredients

British pork (39.6%); Free Range boiled EGG (27.3%); Dried breadcrumbs (*WHEATFLOUR); Apples, chopped and cooked; Water; Salt; Pepper; Ground ginger, nutmeg and mace; Free Range beaten EGG; Flour (*WHEATFLOUR). Cooked in Rapeseed oil.
